Lothian Elementary School will host a Family Fitness Day on Saturday, April 28 from 9am-12noon at the Lothian track and field, 5175 Solomons Island Rd, Lothian.
This rain or shine event is FREE to the public and will focus on family health and fitness.
Students and parents may participate in the fastest lap contest, sponsored by the Parisi Speed School, take a Zumba class, learn martial arts from East Coast Martial Arts, work with a personal trainer from South River Fitness, walk or run laps, learn a new sport, play a game, and just have fun! The first 60 student attendees will receive a free goody bag. Other prizes and giveaways will be awarded throughout the event. Free water and healthy snacks for everyone. So, grab some family or friends and drop by anytime between 9 and 12!
