Greenstreet Gardens Begins Fall Festival with Outdoor Movie Night
The south county business invites the public to enjoy a free movie to kick start its Fall Festival, lasting through October.

To kick off its Fall Festival, Greenstreet Gardens is hosting its “semi-famous” outdoor movie night Friday, inviting the public to enjoy a free evening of fun, family and Antz.
On Friday only, the local business will show Woody Allen’s Antz on an outdoor screen at no cost to the public—chosen specifically to coincide with the festival’s “buggy” theme. The only admission fee is bringing a canned good to be donated to local food shelters. Residents also are encouraged to bring blankets, a chair and something warm to wear in case it gets chilly.
For the past five years, the south county gardening experts have hosted the Fall Festival to enjoy the harvest season and bring the community together. Starting this Saturday and for every weekend until the end of October, Greenstreet Gardens will host the festival featuring a wide array of activities.

Greenstreet Gardens Operations Manager Margaret Cullember said the Fall Festival will include much of the same activities that were offered last year. People will be able to enjoy the “underground slide,” the “jumping pillow,” and several mazes, too, Cullember said.
Every Saturday and Sunday until the end of October, the festival will occur from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an admission fee of $10.50 for anyone taller than 30 inches. A military discount will be offered for those who show a military ID, Cullember said.
