1. WEATHER & TIDES » Weather.com is calling for scattered thunderstorms with a high temperature in the mid 80s on Thursday. Overnight lows will be around 70. The forecast for Friday looks similar—with a chance for storms and temperatures in the low 80s. 

Thursday’s tides at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis: high tides at 6:43 a.m. and 7:16 p.m.; low tide at 12:17 a.m. and 1:21 p.m.
