students evacuated the building Friday morning after a lingering odor was detected coming from a chemistry lab. Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) spokesman Bob Mosier said the evacuation was "precautionary" and that students were outside the school from about 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. "Everything is fine now, the kids were outside for about a half-hour," Mosier said.
