A man used a knife to threaten employees at the High's Dairy Store on Central Avenue on Thursday in order to access money from a cash register, according to Anne Arundel County police. Officers responded to the High's on Central Avenue West for a report of an armed robbery at about 10:57 p.m., according to a police press release. When they arrived, police spoke to store employees who said that a man entered the store, flashed a knife and demanded money from the cash register, police said. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot, according to the release. Search units canvassed the area but could not locate the robber, police said.
