New $2.8M Home Hits Edgewater Housing Market

A new multimillion-dollar home recently hit the local housing market, located on Old Cedar Point Road in Edgewater.

In our own version of MTV's Cribs here on Patch, we take an inside look at some of the most luxurious homes on the local housing market.

This week we’re taking an in-depth look at the home at 3317 Old Cedar Point Rd. in Edgewater. It has an expansive front lawn, beautiful cobblestone walls and remarkable amenities throughout the house.

Built in 2004, the home has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. You read that right, nine bathrooms. Based on the information and photos provided by AOL Real Estate, the home also contains a grand piano, an massive wine cellar, several themed living areas and a luxurious study.

With an asking price of $2,899,000, the home might be a little too pricey for some people in town. Don’t worry though,  that are a little more affordable.
