On Wednesday night, officers responded to an “armed subject” report in the area of Garret Avenue and Dartmouth Street in Deale. There, a girl told police she was robbed as she left the nearby Domino’s Pizza on Deale Churchton Road, according to the release.

She told officers that a man ran up, pulled money from her jacket pocket and ran to a waiting Jeep Cherokee operated by a female before it fled the scene, according to police.

The victim told police that she and two other friends followed the Jeep in their car to the Franklin Manor community. There, she told police she tried to approach the alleged robber’s car but one of the suspects approached her with an unknown weapon. She said she fled with her friends and called police, according to the release.

Officers quickly found three suspects in the area and arrested them after the victim identified them, according to the release.

Police said the stolen money was recovered and that no firearms were located.
