Police conducted an investigation and determined that Morehead showed up at the home and the two began a verbal argument. The dispute escalated and Morehead entered her 2004 Chevrolet truck and intentionally drove it towards her husband, police said. She ultimately struck the man and pinned him between her truck and another vehicle, according to police.
Paramedics transported the man to Prince George’s County Shock Trauma in a helicopter to treat his injuries, police said. Officers transported Morehead to the Southern District Police Station in Edgewater, and charges were filed after consulting the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office, according to the release.
