Readers Call for Kid-Friendly Business to Fill Edgewater Giant

A few weeks ago Edgewater-Davidsonville Patch asked readers what business they would like to see fill the old Giant on Solomons Island Road, and the response was abundant. 

While more than 50 readers commented on the site and on Facebook, it seems that a majority of area residents would like to see a kid-friendly business fill the vacant space. 

Readers asked for a skating rink, a pool, a bowling alley and more. However, the majority of ideas centered around a business kids can enjoy.
