The Davidsonville organization is seeking volunteers to help injured and orphaned animals.

The Davidsonville Wildlife Sanctuary is currently seeking volunteers to help care for orphaned animals. 

The Davidsonville Wildlife Sanctuary is run entirely by volunteers and and offers a helping hand to animals in need. 

Here’s some more information on the volunteer opportunity, courtesy of the  Volunteer Center for Anne Arundel County:

This nonprofit organization helps injured and orphaned animals by treating them, raising and caring for them, and releasing them back into the wild. If release is not an option, they are provided permanent homes at the sanctuary or elsewhere. Volunteers, age 18 and up, who can commit to at least one morning per week are needed for ongoing animal care including feeding, watering, cleaning for a wide variety animals.
