2 MD Women Accused Of Stealing $11K In Ulta Merchandise
The pair was initially accused of stealing from an Ulta Beauty store located at 6400 Ridge Rd. in Sykesville.
CARROLL COUNTY — Two Maryland women are facing charges after Carroll County authorities recovered nearly $11,000 in merchandise stolen from several Ulta Beauty stores.
Dasjanae Teyona Timmons, 23, of Jessup, and 23-year-old Dahmira Monya Laboo of Severn were recently arrested and charged with felony theft ($1,500 - $25,000) and organized retail theft, according to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.
On Dec. 12, shortly after 1 p.m., Carroll County deputies responded to the Ulta Beauty store located at 6400 Ridge Rd. in Sykesville after receiving a report about a theft.

Before they arrived, deputies were told the suspects fled in a black colored Infinity. A Sykesville Police Department officer later spotted a vehicle matching that description traveling southbound on Route 32 towards Howard County and provided Carroll County authorities with the temporary registration tag displayed on the car.
Deputies were able to locate a possible address for the vehicle in Howard County, and officers from the Howard County Police Department later found the car in Jessup.

Detectives from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit responded and searched the address and vehicles, eventually recovering more than $11,000 in merchandise from the Sykesville Ulta store and several others.
Carroll County authorities apprehended Timmons on Dec. 17. She was taken to Carroll County Central Booking and served with a warrant.
Laboo was located in Severn and taken into custody on Tuesday. She was also taken to Carroll County Central Booking and served with the warrant. Additionally, upon arriving at Central Booking, authorities said deputies found Laboo in possession of suboxone, a controlled dangerous substance.
Both Timmons and Laboo remain at the Carroll County Detention Center without bond.
