Break-ins Around the County: Howard County Crime Roundup

The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Clarksville: Break-In Attempt

Shortly before 5:30 p.m. on August 2, an unknown number of suspects attempted to pry open the garage door of a residence on the 6100 block of Trotter Road, but failed to gain entry.

Around 2:30 a.m. on August 3, an unknown number of suspects broke the front glass door of the Subway on the 8600 block of Guilford Road, activating an alarm.

Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on August 3, an unknown number of suspects attempted to break a front glass door of Owen Brown Wine & Spirits, on the 7100 block of Cradlerock Way, but failed to gain entry.

Laurel: Commercial Break-In

Around 9:45 p.m. on August 2, two suspects entered a motel room of the Econo Lodge, on the 9700 block of Washington Boulevard, and attempted to renew the room key at the front desk. Arriving officers arrested the suspects.

Shortly before 3:30 a.m. on August 3, an unknown number of suspects broke a front glass door of All Saints Liquors, on the 9100 block of All Saints Road, stealing cigarettes and alcohol.

Laurel: Break-In

Shortly before 12:30 a.m. on August 3, a victim saw an unknown suspect leaving the victim’s residence on the 9900 block of Robinson Boulevard. The victim reported nothing was stolen.
