The Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services is hosting a free "<a href="http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/CPRAndECC/CommunityTraining/CommunityProducts/Family-Friendsreg-CPR_UCM_303576_Article.jsp" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Family &amp; Friends CPR</a>" training course Wed., Sept. 12 from 6 - 8 p.m. at 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Suite 400. The class will go over the proper, hands only way to perform CPR on adults, children and infants. It will also teach choking relief.
