COLUMBIA, MD — Howard County Police received several reports of a man at the intersection of Waterloo Road and Falls Run Road exposing himself to people.The reports came in around 2:30 p.m. March 19. Police arrested the suspect and charges are pending, the police department stated.Last month, a 67-year-old Columbia man was arrested and charged after police said he exposed himself to multiple victims. Howard County Police said that numerous people reported Donald Mayo exposing himself to them on Feb. 17 around 2:40 p.m. in the 5500 block of Knoll North Drive. He was charged with indecent exposure.
