The Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services responded to an overturned tractor trailer on Route 29 south near MD 32. The driver of the truck and a passenger were transported by HCDFRS as a result of the accident, according to Jackie Cutler, spokesperson for the fire department. Cutler said the tractor trailer was carrying bulk dry foods. The accident occurred at approximately 9:50 Friday morning. Editor's Note: Originally HCDFRS reported three people being transported as a result of the accident, but later corrected it to two - the driver and a passenger.
