Repairs To Storm Water Management Facility Discussed At Feb. 26 Meeting

Residents can attend a Feb. 26 meeting to discussed repairs needed at the Willowood Pond storm water management facility in Elkridge.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A second community outreach meeting will be held Feb. 26 to discuss a project to repair the Willowood Pond storm water management facility in Elkridge.

The proposed project will include the replacement of the existing principal spillway and riser with a new concrete principal spillway pipe and riser structure, as well as grading around the pond. The project will start in August of 2025 and weather permitting, should wrap up by May 2026.

The meeting will start at 6 p.m. in the Hockley Room at the Howard County Library System Elkridge branch.
