Baltimore County Police on Scene of Essex Barricade
As described by police personnel, the situation does not appear to endanger anyone in the neighborhood.
Baltimore County police personnel are on the scene of a possible barricade situation in the 300 block of Riverside Drive in Essex, according to a Twitter post from public safety spokeswoman Cpl. Cathy Batton.
The message states police responded to the report of a suicidal adult male.
