Crime Beat: Middle River Man Robbed Walking Home

A 36-year-old Middle River man reported to being robbed while walking home late Tuesday night.
According to Baltimore County Police reports, the man walked from his home on the 9600 block of Langley Road to the 7-11 on Compass Road at about 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday. He told police that as he walked along the 9600 block of Biggs Road that two men rushed him from behind and attacked him.
The victim told police that one of the suspects placed him in a “choke hold” while the pair stole his wallet and cell phone before running off in an unknown direction.

According to police, the victim was unable to provide an accurate description of the suspects while at least one nearby resident heard his calls for help but could not provide additional details.
