Essex-Middle River Water Conditions: Oct. 4

Following the advice of my awesome Facebook fans, I'm going to start rounding up water conditions. I'll at least try to keep making these posts regularly through the end of the month, and for special alerts from then until the weather warms up again. If there are websites and reports you think I ought to follow, send them my way.

Temperature: high of 80, low of 58

Thursday's high tides (via Windfinder): 10:33 a.m., 11:21 p.m. Low tide: 4:20 p.m.

Winds: Light and to the north for much of the day, with westerly winds moving in late in the afternoon.
