Man Arrested After Allegedly Running Ex-Fiancée Off Road
A Parkville man faces robbery, theft and assault charges after the Thursday evening incident.
A Parkville man is charged with theft, robbery and assault after police say he forced his ex-fiancée's car off the road last week in Rosedale, then attempted to steal her wallet, phone and a bag.
Tyler Warren Kinch, 24, of the 8700 block of Cimarron Circle, was charged with robbery, second-degree assault, theft and malicious destruction of property. He was released Friday on $20,000 bail, according to online court records. No information on a court date was available.
The incident happened at 11:45 p.m., Jan. 10, near the intersection of Shirley and Rosedale avenues, according to a Baltimore County police report.

According to police, a woman's car was forced off the road by a man she told police was her ex-fiancé. The man allegedly entered the car and stole a wallet containing $125, a white iPhone and a black and white Orioles bag. The woman recovered her belongings, but the man allegedly assaulted her.
Kinch was arrested several hours later.
