Rivals: Essex-Middle River's Top Seafood Restaurant

The Essex-Middle River area has a robust collection of locally owned seafood restaurants. But who's the best of the best? That's where you come in.

This is the debut of a new feature called "Rivals," where Essex-Middle River Patch asks readers to visit Patch Places and write their thoughts on which they like best.

You don't have to be a professional critic. Just jot down a few thoughts on what you like (or don't like) about the selected places.

Here's how to play:

1. Create a free Patch login name and password if you don't already have one.

2. Visit the pages in our Places directory. This week's entries: , , and . 

Write a review at the bottom of the page where prompted. Include thoughts about why it's your favorite: Does it have unique rolls? Great service? Fun decor?

3. The restaurant with the most reviews by Wednesday, August 10, will be declared the winner. And one reviewer will be chosen at random as the Rivals reviewer of the day and get some cool Patch swag.
