U.S. Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger will speak at Thursday evening's Bowleys Quarters Improvement Association meeting.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the association's meeting hall at 1124 Bowleys Quarters Rd. The meeting is free and open to the public.
Ruppersberger, a Baltimore County Democrat, faces Republican state Sen. Nancy Jacobs in his bid for a sixth term next month.
