Young Baltimore County Resident publishes book to rave reviews!
Whether you love to read poetry, or just appreciate a good book, this book is recommended for you. Enjoy!

A Baltimore County Resident, who just graduated from college this past Spring, has already published her first book. Her name is Darah Schillinger and her first book, titled "When The Daffodils Die" is full of beautifully insightful poetry about seeing life anew, like when Spring has sprung. As the writer explains that Spring and all of it's amazing beauty really comes to life when the very first flowers of the season die off, the Daffodils. The book's launch will be hosted at the Bird in Hand shop in Baltimore on September 30th, starting at 6 pm. Ms. Schillinger said she'd be happy to autograph every one of her books sold during the event, and even ones that were pre-sold. So, if you've pre-ordered one (or more) of Ms. Schillinger's books, bring it to the event so she can sign it. In regards to parking for the book launch event, there's a parking garage conveniently located right behind the Bird in Hand Book Store / Coffee Shop. Additionally, there's on-street metered parking available near the shop too. Please note that the Bird in Hand shop is mask friendly, in order to keep their health compromised customers safe. Ms. Schillinger says she's looking forward to meeting all of her poetry fans at the event. Click on the following link for more details.
