He is 5-foot-6, and has gray hair and brown eyes, according to a police news release, and was wearing a black or red shirt and white Nike sneakers when he was last seen. Orbegoso's family is worried about his wellbeing, and detectives are asking anyone with information to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Montgomery County Police - 6th District Investigative Section at (240) 773- 5770.
