Gaithersburg Bank Robbed, Suspect Caught On Surveillance: Police
Police have released surveillance photos of a man they say robbed a BB&T Bank in Gaithersburg last month.

GAITHERSBURG, MD — Authorities have released surveillance photos of a suspect they say robbed a BB&T Bank in Gaithersburg last month.
Around 1:04 p.m. on Jan. 29, Montgomery County police responded to the bank at 467 N. Frederick Ave. for the report of a robbery.
An investigation by police determined that the suspect approached a teller and passed a note demanding cash and implying he was armed. The suspect fled the scene with cash, according to authorities.

Anyone with additional information is asked to call police at 240-773-5100. To be eligible for a reward, tipsters can call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online. Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
