REDLAND, MD — Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman who has been missing since March.According to authorities, 42-year-old Mecal Liza France was last seen on Friday, March 14, in the area of Shady Grove Road and Crabbs Branch Way in Redland. Police said France is 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.What she was wearing at the time of her disappearance is unknown. Anyone with information on France's whereabouts should contact Montgomery County police at 301-279-8000.
