McKnight and Montgomery County Board of Education President Brenda Wolff will join other local officials at the event.The ribbon cutting will take place near the entrance to the school at 5 p.m. The school is located at 400 Victory Farm Drive in Gaithersburg.Among those expected to attend and give remarks are: <ul><li>Brenda Wolff, president, Montgomery County Board of Education</li><li>Dr. Monifa B.
