Robby Moutcheu Happy was last seen leaving a residence on Amber Tree Court at about 7 p.m. Monday, police said. Happy left the residence in a black, 2006 Audi A4 with Maryland tag: 1CW5796, police said. Family members have been unable to contact him since. Police and family are concerned for Happy's emotional and physical welfare. Police describe Happy as a black male, 6'1" and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red checkered shirt, black pants and grey shoes.
