The event was organized by the Asian American Health Initiative (AAHI) and the Office of Community Partnerships (OCP) in Montgomery County, Maryland, with the participation of multiple Asian community groups. The event attracted hundreds of attendees to the auditorium of Seneca Valley High School, featuring nearly thirty booths adorned with banners and signs, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

The organizers went above and beyond in their efforts, providing various games and services such as children's crafts, Asian Pacific cuisine, nail art, face painting, and health information displays, among others.

The program also included captivating performances from different countries, featuring participants from various ethnic backgrounds such as China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, spanning across different generations. The Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC) contributed three outstanding performances, showcasing traditional Chinese ethnic dances and martial arts demonstrations.
