Cheapest Gas in Town

As the weather warms up and more people hit the roads, you can be sure that gas prices aren't going to decline.

Gas prices jumped 12 cents in the 21060 area code after remaining the same for the previous two weeks. Prices only jumped 3 cents in the 21061 area coade after increasing by 11 cents for the past two weeks.

AAA lists the following ways to save gas for when you're between fill-ups:

• Avoid idling when possible;
• Use cruise control when possible and maintain constant speed;
• Avoid carrying more weight (the heavier your car is, the more gas you use);
• Don’t brake or accelerate too quickly; and
• Keep tires properly filled.
