Glen Burnie: Stabbing
At around 7:28 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 200 block of Woodhill Drive in Glen Burnie for a reported stabbing.

When police arrived on the scene, they found a 21-year-old man suffering from a cut to the jaw. According to police, the man was involved in a physical altercation with another man. The suspect then went to a nearby apartment and retrieved an unknown object and engaged the victim in another altercation, which is when he was cut on his jaw.
The victim was taken to Shock Trauma with serious, but not life-threatening injuries, according to fire officials. Police said he was treated and released.

The suspect fled on foot.
Linthicum: Stabbing
Police arrived at the BWI Airport Marriott located in the 1700 block of W. Nursery Road in Linthicum at about 2:30 a.m. and spoke with a security guard who witnessed an argument between two men in one of the hotel rooms.
According to police, Timothy Lewis Hall, 29, of Columbia pulled a knife during the altercation and the 28-year-old man he was arguing with was injured in the hand when he attempted to take the knife from Hall. The security guard also was injured when he tried to separate the men.
The 28-year-old man was treated at Harbor Hospital and released. The security guard was treated at (BWMC) for a cut to the back of his neck and released. Police said Hall also was treated at BWMC for a hand injury and was arrested upon release from the hospital.
Hall was charged with two counts each of first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
Glen Burnie: Stabbing
At around 12:19 a.m. Sunday, police responded to an incident near the intersection of Old Mill Road and Watermill Drive in Glen Burnie.
According to police, a 32-year-old man was stabbed in the torso after getting into a confrontation with three men.
The man was taken to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with life-threatening injuries, fire officials said.
Police said officers searched the area for the men, but were unable to locate them.

Glen Burnie: Stabbing
According to a police release, officers responded to BWMC at about 12:13 a.m. Sunday for a reported stabbing.
Once at the hospital, police learned that a 35-year-old man was walking in the 7800 block of Parke West Avenue in Glen Burnie at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday when three men approached him and demanded his money. Police said the victim then hit two of the men, knocking them to the ground, when the third man stabbed the victim in the torso.
According to police, the men fled and the victim walked to BWMC to be treated for non-life threatening injuries to his hands and torso and was later released. Nothing was taken from the man during the attempted robbery.
Glen Burnie: Stabbing
At around 11:54 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the 100 block of Queen Anne Road in Glen Burnie for a report of a domestic assault. When officers arrived they found a man, who fire officials described as being in his early 20s, suffering from a stab wound to the leg.
Police were informed that Brittany Marie Kelly, 22, of Pasadena was identified as the person who stabbed the victim. Kelly was found a short distance away and arrested. Police said, however, that Kelly assaulted the officer as she was being arrested.
Kelly was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, assault on a law officer and resisting arrest, police said.
The man was taken to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious, but not life-threatening injuries, fire officials said.

Glen Burnie/Annapolis: Stabbing arrest
Police arrested 30-year-old Dwayne โDoobieโ Howard of Glen Burnie Friday at the county courthouse in Annapolis.
He was charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and other related charges, according to court documents.
According to Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman Lt. Clifford Kooser, fire and EMS officials received a call at about 8:34 p.m. Sunday requesting medical assistance in the 400 block of Pamela Road. Police also were dispatched to the scene, said Anne Arundel County Police spokesman Justin Mulcahy.
Once on the scene, police found the 24-year-old Pasadena woman on the ground in front of an apartment building bleeding from an "upper extremity" and suffering from apparent lacerations, police said.
According to police, officers believe the incident is not a random act of violence.
Medics transported the woman to the BWMC where the victim was in serious and life-threatening condition as of 9 p.m., Kooser said. She was stabilized and transferred to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for surgery, Mulcahy said.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate a suspect, police said. The incident remains under investigation.
Through further investigation, . As of Tuesday afternoon he was being held without bail at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center.

Odenton:
Police said a homeowner on the 500 block of Saltoun Avenue in Odenton called at about 3:17 p.m. to report a man climbing out of a window of his house with a bag of items. The suspect fled on foot and officers searched area, eventually catching him. Police said they discovered the man had stolen several electronic items from the house and also was in possession of marijuana.
Police identified the man as Russell William Vanscyoc, 31, of Glen Burnie. He was charged with first- and second-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary, theft more than $1,000 and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police said there also were outstanding warrants for Vanscyoc's arrest.
Glen Burnie:
Three people were taken to the BWMC Thursday morning after being involved in a two-car accident in Glen Burnie.
At about 8:43 a.m., police and fire officials responded to Oakwood Road at the Route 100 ramp near Royal Farms where there was an accident between a white Chevrolet and a gray Cadillac. According to fire officials, the Chevrolet was on its side and police said the accident blocked one lane of traffic for a period of time.
Three people were taken to BWMC with minor injuries, according to fire officials.
Glen Burnie: House fire
A fire burned a home in the 7600 block of Spencer Drive, displacing two people on Thursday, according to Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman Chief Michael Cox.
Firefighters responded to the two-story, single-family house around 10:30 a.m. It took 24 firefighters about 10 minutes to put out the blaze, which caused about $30,000 in damage to the structure and the contents of the house, Cox said. There were no injuries.
The fire was caused by electrical problems in the house. The Red Cross was called to assist the residents.

Millersville:
Police arrested three teens after they were found in a car full of candy and sports drinks that were suspected of being stolen from a concession stand at , according to county police.
Nathaniel Matthew Stevenson, 18, of Glen Burnie and Michael Aaron Hicks, 18, of Severn were arrested early Wednesday morning and charged as adults with theft, fourth-degree burglary, trespassing and malicious destruction to property. A 16-year-old boy from Hanover also was arrested and charged as a juvenile with the same offenses.
According to a police report from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, at about 12:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers who were on foot patrol in the Old Mill area of Millersville observed a suspicious vehicle traveling on the lot of Old Mill High School with its headlights turned off.
Officers stopped the car and found a large quantity of candy and sports drinks in the vehicle. An investigation determined that the teens had burglarized the concession stand on the high schoolโs playing field, police said.
According to police, about $300 in concessions were recovered and returned to a school representative.

Glen Burnie: Accident
A 28-year-old man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after he was hit by a car near Wellham Avenue and Barrack Lane around 9:47 p.m. Tuesday. He was taken to Shock Trauma.
