Downey, 18, and two friends, Jonathan Hart, 18, and Danny McGee, 17, robbed a 16-year-old boy Sept. 20 at about 11 p.m. on Ferndale Road, the Gazette reported. According to the Gazette, Downey still faces charges of first-degree assault in two separate incidents in Baltimore.
