Girl Assaulted During Mid-day Robbery in Glen Burnie
Police are looking for the suspect in a robbery on Thursday.
Anne Arundel County police are seeking information on the suspect in the assault and robbery of a 17-year-old girl in Glen Burnie on Thursday afternoon.
Shortly after 2:30 p.m., a man approached the girl as she was walking to the mailbox on the first floor of a building on the 7800 block of Tall Pines Court. The man punched the victim in the face and took the iPad tablet she was carrying, according to police.
Arriving officers searched the immediate area, but failed to locate the suspect.
Police said the victim refused medical treatment for any injuries.
