 Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Company: Johns Hopkins HealthCare
Duties: This is a silingual spanish-speaking position. Reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and under minimal supervision ensures customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information when responding to customer inquires.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must be fluent in Spanish. Requires at least one to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a managed care or health insurance environment. Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of managed care and medical terminology in addition to ICD-9 and CPT codes.

 Medical File Clerk
Company: OfficeTeam
Duties: Responsible for scanning medical records into the company database.
Requirements: Must have one or more years of experience working within the medical records and within medical records software.

General Clerk
Company: MFR Consultants Inc.
Duties: Scan Documents into the Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS) and other systems as required.​ Verify all documentation is stored correctly in EDMS, and other systems as required.​ Distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail, fax, UPS.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus. Prior federal goverment work experience a plus. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background investigation.​
