The occasional lottery player has previously won "a couple hundred here and there."
The winner does not yet have plans for his most recent victory, but he knows there will be "a family dinner. We'll have fun!"

This is the second of nine top prizes won on Blizzard Bucks, which debuted on Oct. 17 as part of the Holiday Cash Second-Chance Promotion. The game still has 25 second-tier prizes of $10,000 and 41 prizes of $1,000 left.

He had not yet decided how to spend the money, but he plans to use the winnings to help his family.
