Heavy Rain, Flood Threat Starting Wednesday Night

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding are possible across the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., metro region beginning overnight late Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. A flash flood watch has been issued across the area from 2 a.m. Thursday until 8 a.m. Friday morning.
