Police Arrest Mother and Son, Find Marijuana, Crack and Heroin

Anne Arundel County police find drugs, paraphernalia and a handgun while carrying out a search.

Police arrested a Glen Burnie mother and son Thursday night during a search that turned up marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin.

Anne Arundel County Police Department's tactical narcotics unit carried out the search warrant at 205 Hollins Ferry Road South. Police arrested the two residents and seized drugs, cash, drug paraphernalia and a handgun.

Police charged Gordon Frank King III, 21, of Glen Burnie, with possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and paraphernalia. Police charged Carole Lee King, 51, of Glen Burnie, with possession of crack cocaine, heroin and paraphernalia.

Detectives estimate they seized $30 worth of marijuana, $36 worth of crack cocaine, $140 worth of heroin, along with the paraphernalia, handgun and $100 cash.
