Police Charge Two Baltimore Men in Curtis Bay Attempted Burglary
Police arrest one suspect after chase by vehicle and on foot.
Anne Arundel County police arrested two Baltimore men in the burglary of a home on the 100 block of Sycamore Rd. early Wednesday.
Shortly after 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress and located two suspects. Officers arrested one suspect at the scene and arrested the second after a brief chase by car and foot.
The officers discovered cut copper inside the suspect's vehicle and burglary tools at the house.
Police arrested Robert M. Buck, 30, and Paul E. Gardner, 29, and charged both of them with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.
