Anne Arundel County police arrested one man and seized several types of drugs while carrying out a warrant in Brooklyn Park on Thursday. At approximately 5 p.m., patrol officers and members of the narcotics team entered a room at the Budget Plaza Motel, on the 4800 block of Ritchie Highway, to execute a drug warrant. Police seized .35 grams of crack cocaine, 4.83 grams of "suspected" powder cocaine, marijuana, $280 in cash and drug paraphernalia. Police arrested Ricardo Henry Spears, 33, of Brooklyn park, and charged him with several drug-related offenses.
