Police Seek Help Locating Man in Connection With Robbery of Family Dollar
Anne Arundel County Police released photographs Tuesday of the man they say is responsible for the July 14 robbery of a Glen Burnie Family Dollar.
Police released photos Tuesday of the man they say is responsible for the July 14 robbery of the Family Dollar Store located in the 7400 block of East Furnace Branch Road in Glen Burnie.
According to a police press release, officers responded to the store at about 9:45 a.m. Thursday and spoke with an employee who said a man entered the store, brandished something that the employee said may have been a handgun covered by a piece of clothing and demanded money.
The employee gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and the man then demanded the employee’s wallet. The man fled the scene in an unknown direction, police said.

Officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but were unable to find the man.
The man, seen in the photos, is described as a black man, between the ages of 35 and 45, standing about 6-feet tall, with an average build and facial hair.
