ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — A woman is facing charges following accusations she attacked a child. According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, on Tuesday around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the 5,000 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn for an assault that just occurred. Police said the victims were walking down the street when Kellin Dakota Bundy, 23, attacked "the juvenile victim." "The suspect put the victim in a chokehold, slammed her against a wall, and began strangling her," police said. Police said neither the victims nor Bundy know each other, and her motive is not clear. Police said Bundy is facing assault charges.
