Get the Picture

This one's for all my friends, and friends-to-be, who know almost every nook and cranny of the walkways. This one is not so common. My dad helped me discover it, because it was one of his favorite paths through the woods in the 1930s. It wasn't paved then. Where in the Greenbelt is it? You get extra points, if you can also tell me where it ends.
