Greenbelt Police have arrested Jacob Hawkins, 19, of Capitol Heights in conjunction with a March 3 burglary at the 7900 block of Mandan Road. Hawkins was identified after a description from the resident and was charged with first degree burglary, fourth degree burglary, theft under $1,000 and attempt theft under $1,000. He was released to the Department of Corrections for a hearing before the District Court Commissioner. The suspect is being held on bond.
