According to an IHOP spokesperson, the eatery will take over the space at 7405 Greenbelt Road, which formerly housed Denny's. There are several other IHOPs in the area, the closest being off Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale. Tell Us: Are you excited about an IHOP being in the neighborhood?
