HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Patch is taking submissions from readers about what they are grateful for this year.

"We are writing to express our sincere gratitude toward our wonderful parents Jane and Chuck Meyer and Lois and Larry Pope," Lindsey and Daniel Pope said.

"Since having our daughter Brielle in November 2019, they have alternated in taking care of her on weekdays so that Dan and I could continue working," the Popes wrote. "With their help and support, we were able to keep her as safe as possible during the height of the pandemic."
