• Harford County Public Library's 2026 Winter Reading Program '80 Winters of Wonder' starts Dec. 20 (belairnewsandviews.com) — Havre de Grace readers can join Harford County Public Library’s 2026 “80 Winters of Wonder” Winter Reading Program, with local support from the Havre de Grace Friends of HCPL and other sponsors. Adults and high schoolers who complete the reading challenge earn a commemorative mug, plus chances at tote bags and other prizes through Winter Reading Bingo and special events at branches across the county.
