NOTICE TO CANDIDATES FOR CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE ELECTION HELD ON MAY 7, 2013

Qualified candidates running for Mayor and City Council can file a Notice of Candidacy with the Director of Administration at City Hall, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD from March 5, 2013 through March 19, 2013 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications to run for Mayor are as follows:

1. At least 25 years of age;
2. Citizen of the United States for at least ten years next preceding the election;
3. A resident of Havre de Grace for two years next preceding the election;
4. A qualified voter.

Filing Fee:  $100.00

Qualifications to run for City Council are as follows:

1. At least 25 years of age;
2. Citizen of the United for at least ten years next preceding the election;
3. A qualified voter;
4. A resident of Havre de Grace for at least two years next preceding the election.

Filing Fee:  $50.00
