We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Lou and Terri Ward closed the Route 40 restaurant in Havre de Grace Dec. 23 after owning it for nearly 40 years. On Wednesday, PA Auction Center is selling the items inside. Ice machines, a walk-in refrigerator, convection oven, frying pans, folding tables and other items are among those for sale. The Bayou was established in 1949 and had been owned by the Wards since 1982, according to the auctioneer.
