Police stop car by Tydings Bridge.
A Baltimore man was charged with possession of cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of $380,000 following a traffic stop in Harford County.
Leonard Brown Mclean, 43, of the 4800 block of Crowson Avenue in Baltimore, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana, according to The Baltimore Sun, which cited charging documents.
Mclean was stopped by a State Police trooper at around 7:44 p.m. while driving southbound on I-95 near the Tydings Bridge outside of Havre de Grace, according to court documents cited by the paper. The trooper said he stopped Mclean because he believed the front windows of the vehicle were illegally tinted.
