Monday's City Council meeting will open with a public hearing regarding the proposed zoning changes for the mixed office/employment center along Interstate 95. The center is the proposed site for a new hospital managed by Upper Chesapeake. The hearing kicks off Monday's meeting at 7 p.m. at . Mayor Wayne Dougherty is unable to be in attendance Monday, so will serve as acting mayor. See the PDF file with this post for the full, printable agenda.
